PHYSICAL THERAPY

Our PT, helps us build strength, improve our mobility and work on our fine motor skills. Children like us are challenged with physical, developmental or neurological disabilities. The main emphasis of PT is on impairments of movement that lead to functional limitations.

Physical therapy is used to build strength, mobility, and motor skills. Children with autism typically have impairments of movement that lead to functional limitations. Balance, coordination, and gross motor skills are examples of the limitations that are quite common in children with autism.

Our physical therapists help children with physical, developmental, or neurological disabilities. The children will engage in therapeutic exercises that not only improve their movement, coordination, and gross motor skills but also boost their overall health, behaviors and moods.
